Job Title: Ambitious Legal Contract Negotiator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled legal contract negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate IT contracts, including Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure.
  • Work closely with other legal team members to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received in a particular month.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation.
  • Major experience in contract negotiation is required.
  • Ability to identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
