This role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing to negotiation and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and align with business objectives.

  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:

    ">

    The ideal candidate will have strong contract drafting skills, including the ability to create a wide range of agreements, such as vendor contracts, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), licensing agreements, and partnership agreements.

    • Develop contracts that clearly outline terms, conditions, and obligations.
    • Review existing contracts to identify areas for improvement and suggest revisions.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

    The selected candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners. They will also be responsible for maintaining a centralized repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.

    • Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and expirations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    • Monitor and manage contract deadlines, providing proactive flagging of upcoming renewal dates.

  • Collaboration and Training:

    The chosen professional will work closely with internal teams to provide guidance and training on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas. This includes educating team members on contract law, legal terminology, and risk assessment.
