About the Role:

  • Lead and architect platform transformation programs to align with business goals.
  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) applications and functional processes to design solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert insights and problem-solving across multiple teams.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Lead the project management and governance with timely status updates, risk and mitigation plan updates.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional processes.
  • Excellent communication and business analytical skills; ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems.
  • Dynamics 365 related certifications.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as Solution architect/technical architect for medium scale projects.

  • Able to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
  • Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
  • Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

Key Details:

This is a Hybrid Mode role with a base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please note that this is not a remote role.
