Seeking an accomplished Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem.

This individual will lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation ICM Cloud solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions. They will configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs, as well as design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation ICM Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
  • Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.
  • Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Provide technical leadership to offshore onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices.
  • Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material.
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 3 years in Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance management incentive structures and compensation rules.
  • Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment.
  • Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud ICM iPaaS.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Experience with migration projects from on-premise Incentive Compensation to Oracle ICM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Redwood UX and Oracle's new UI components.
