Lead Oracle Technical Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Oracle Technical Architect to fill this leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, solutioning, implementing, and developing scalable Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.


This key position requires mentoring and guiding a strong technical team skilled in diverse Oracle technologies while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tailored Oracle Cloud solutions meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance in Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS implementations and migrations.
  • Mentor, guide, and monitor technical teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrations, reports, and workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud or other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Database and related products.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and related programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with solutioning and developing Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Skilled in designing integrations and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.

Certifications and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications technology.
  • Oracle certifications, such as OCI Cloud Architect, are desirable.
