- Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC Cloud Architect Job Title Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC Cloud Architect Senior Developer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect Senior Developer to design implement and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development including configuration customization and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation ICM Cloud solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Configure develop and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs Design and implement compensation plans crediting rules rollups and incentive models Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules Provide technical leadership to offshore onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery Conduct unit testing SIT UAT support and performance tuning of ICM implementations Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases new features and best practices Prepare solution design documents technical specifications and user training material Support production systems troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements Required Skills Experience 5 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 3 years in Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC Cloud Strong understanding of sales performance management incentive structures and compensation rules Hands-on experience in ICM configuration plan setup rollup hierarchy transaction processing and credit assignment Experience in ICM integrations using REST SOAP and Oracle Integration Cloud ICM iPaaS Proficiency in SQL PL SQL BI Publisher and OTBI reports Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred Ability to design scalable high-performing ICM solutions Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills Nice to Have Oracle Cloud certification s Experience with migration projects from on-premise Incentive Compensation to Oracle ICM Cloud Knowledge of Redwood UX and Oracle s new UI components
