Executive Housekeeper Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality service standards that align with our hotel's vision and values.
  • Direct and guide the housekeeping department in achieving excellence in cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain open communication channels.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of resources and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in housekeeping and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of training principles, sustainability practices, and interior design principles.
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals and cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and guest feedback systems.
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping management or leadership roles.
  • Skills in interior design, horticulture, and landscaping.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and commitment to environmental stewardship.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
