Organizational Management Specialist

The Organizational Management team is responsible for creating a clear and accurate organizational structure, providing timely and reliable information to stakeholders, and acting as a foundation for reporting, audits, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active involvement in the design, transition, and takeover phases of global projects.
  • Initiation and implementation of automation programs to reduce capacity and improve user experience.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements through change requests, leave applications, and system tickets.
  • Maintenance of organizational structures, position, person, and communication master data.
  • Second-level support on technical issues, including queries related to COMPAS, HR core, rules, policies, and processes.
  • Maintenance of organizational master data in the COMPAS system.
  • Maintenance of processes for position master data in the local HR system.
  • SAP updates: creation/delimitation of org units, classification of org types, org area, cost center update, personnel area/sub area update, location update, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role update, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update.
  • Monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates.
  • SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
  • Creation of queries and generation of need-based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline, Postgraduate/MBA in HR (optional), MSW.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS.

Skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
