At the heart of our organization, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, executing strategic plans, and delivering results-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives
  • Analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and present insights to senior leaders

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Operational Excellence Governance:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute operational excellence programs
  • Design and implement data-driven dashboards to track performance metrics
  • Analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement

Project Management:

  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions using project management methodologies
  • Drive adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs
  • Train and mentor team members in project management best practices

Continuous Improvement:

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, and NPS initiatives
  • Display a growth mindset to uncover opportunities amidst bottlenecks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or relevant functional background

Experience: Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs

Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, presentation skills, change management, E2E project management, cross-department collaboration, strong English written and verbal communication skills, expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills
