Job Title: Salesforce Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Operations Manager to join our team. As the primary administrator for Salesforce platforms, you will ensure smooth operations, user support, and system enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings for Salesforce instances.
  • Handle data management including imports, exports, data cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation (Flows/Process Builder).
  • Support integration between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, Gainsight, marketing platforms, boundary apps).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global setup.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin / App Builder certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
