Senior Salesforce Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform.

  • Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning) for maximum efficiency.
  • Design and implement flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards to support business operations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, and sharing rules.
  • Oversee data stewardship activities such as imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, and backups.
  • Establish and maintain sandbox strategies, release/change management processes using Change Sets/DevOps Center.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments.
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems, working closely with middleware teams.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow automation.
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security expertise.
  • Proficiency in reporting/analytics and user training/support.
  • Familiarity with SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft/iPaaS and basic Apex understanding for coordination.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.
