Key Requirements:
  • Education: A qualified lawyer enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: 2-6 years in corporate law, specializing in asset management and investment funds.
  • Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills; familiarity with financial markets laws.
