Responsibilities Continue:

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters to pinpoint essential data points and legal provisions necessary for complying with reporting requirements.">
  • Provide expert insights to product and operations teams on contract structure, key provisions, and fund obligations.">

Quality Assurance and Data Validation:

  • Develop and execute quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction.">
  • Document anomalies, validate corrections, and ensure that all extracted data meets predefined accuracy thresholds.">

Feedback and Iterative Improvement:

  • Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to relay findings, common error patterns, and areas for algorithmic improvement.">
  • Assist in refining machine learning models by providing annotated examples and detailed feedback on system performance.">

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance reviews, annotations, and system feedback.">
  • Generate regular reports outlining data extraction performance, trends in errors, and recommendations for process enhancements.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds.">
