**Job Title:** Core HCM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Core HCM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in resolving complex HR and compensation-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and compensation configurations, as well as expertise in business process changes, EIB loads, and data conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving HCM/Compensation Issues by analyzing and creating calculation logics as per business need
  • Participating in the full lifecycle of a project, including requirement gathering, business analysis, system configuration, design, and testing
  • Supporting deployment activities, including implementation and hyper-care related tasks
  • Configuring documents, creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts, and dashboards
  • Handling security issues and reporting on HCM and compensation

Required skills and qualifications include strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
