Digital Price Optimization Specialist

About Our Client:

We are seeking a Pricing Domain Consultant to join our team. This role will enable enterprises to reimagine business models and accelerate innovation through digital technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS Cloud Technologies PaaS SaaS Platforms etc.

Responsibilities include demonstrating process consultancy experience from Lead To Revenue domain, working along with Cross functional lead Pricing consultant, and participating in Discovery Requirement Gathering workshops.

The successful candidate will ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and extensible, promoting OOTB functionality to minimize customizations.

The job requires strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with Cross functional teams internally and at customer location if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act and demonstrate process consultancy experience from Lead To Revenue domain
• Working along with the Cross functional lead Pricing consultant
• Active participation in Discovery Requirement Gathering workshops
• Comprehensive business consultation requirement discussions whiteboarding and Process flow designs
• Functional understanding of the customers uses cases designing solutions to best suit underlying products broader IT landscape architecture integration interface design and overall program outline from a functional and architecture perspective
• Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and extensible promoting OOTB functionality to minimize customizations
• Act as a liaison between technical team Functional team and Business Functions to drive lead to cash-oriented discussions
• Provide guidance to client team on industry leading practices and domain expertise across lead to cash
• Create documentation of the as is process and to be processes with the guidance of the cross functional lead and pricing domain consultant
• Conduct process roadmap Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers business requirements
• Guide offshore delivery team in technical functional domain as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science information technology or related field preferred
• Minimum 12 to 15 years' experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to any CRM pricing domain or cloud platform product
• Must have complete understanding of core technical concepts including RDBMS Cloud Technologies PaaS SaaS Platforms etc.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with Cross functional teams internally and at customer location if required
• Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are required
• Must possess strong communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to learn Cloud SaaS platform products and understand the E2E architecture
