Job Title: Digital Optimization Specialist

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing strategies, optimize web pages, conduct keyword research, analyze performance metrics, and support overall digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and backlinks.
  • Support the content team by ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and provide reports with actionable insights.
  • Assist in conducting SEO audits and suggesting improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with Word Press or other CMS platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Google certifications (Analytics/Ads) are an added advantage.
  • Experience in SEO for the healthcare industry will be considered a strong plus.
