About the Role:
The Manager II, Vendor Consultant, role leads a team of Vendor Consultants responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of team management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
The successful candidate will be able to identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience.
The Manager II, Vendor Consultant, will manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across their team by collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities.
The role also involves managing stakeholders needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation of Vendor Consultants,
and monitoring stakeholders satisfaction survey results to analyze both positive and negative feedback trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- ">LI. Lead a team of Vendor Consultants, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed.">LI. Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience.">LI. Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.">LI. Manage end to end goal setting for team to align with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
