This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of government procurement processes and policies to manage our GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing. The ideal candidate will also lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, ensure compliance with government procurement policies, and coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
