About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Strategist to join our team at SuprSend. As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in driving product adoption, setting up data-driven product insights, and fostering a product-led growth mindset across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and feature adoption post-release.
  • Set up and manage product analytics dashboards to track performance, engagement, and key metrics.
  • Work with customer data to provide valuable insights, delivering actionable reports to help customers optimize their notification strategies.
  • Update product documentation and guides, repurpose product changelog, and create implementation videos to increase product visibility across social platforms.
  • Contribute to technical blogs covering market research and notification insights for product-led growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organise, and analyse data.
  • Assist in defining and prioritising product features based on data insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:



  • B.Tech in Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience working as a business or product analyst, preferably in an early-stage SAAS company
  • Experience of working with dashboard visualisation tools like Metabase, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Video editing skills a plus
