Job Description

We are seeking a detail-obsessed and driven QA Analyst to help uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability on our flagship mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

This is a fully Remote position that requires working in night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential quality risks early, collaborating with developers, designers, artists, and product managers, and reproducing and isolating complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.

The QA Analyst will also be responsible for generating clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries, as well as owning the quality of their assigned areas - functionality, usability, and player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks early
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts
Requirements

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking software and test management tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks
