Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to drive our online presence and lead generation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality marketing automation strategies that improve our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and nurture leads through automated workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing backlink acquisition strategies to improve link-building performance
  • Managing and optimizing marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing processes
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to develop link-worthy content assets
  • Setting up and managing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Tracking KPIs and generating weekly/monthly performance reports to inform data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO/backlinks and marketing automation
  • Strong knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag management tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach and campaign content
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS is a plus
  • Certification in SEO, Google Ads, or Marketing Automation tools
