About the Role
XENI is seeking a performance-driven
Digital Marketing Expert
to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified traffic, and convert leads into customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about growth marketing in a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, social media, content syndication).
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta
, and programmatic platforms. - Drive
SEO/SEM
strategy, content optimization, backlinking, and technical SEO improvements. - Manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and sales handoff.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (
CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS
, etc.). - Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- Conduct
A/B testing
on creatives, landing pages, and emails to improve conversions. - Build landing pages and microsites using low-code or CMS tools.
- Own marketing dashboards and lead attribution across the funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in
digital marketing
, preferably in a
B2B or SaaS
environment. Travel domain experience is a plus. - Proven track record in managing high-performing campaigns across
paid, organic, and email
channels. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of
marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
. - Excellent project management and communication skills.
