JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
  • Analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and generate performance reports
  • Manage and grow email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to create engaging digital content
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital tools/platforms
  • A/B test landing pages, ads, and email content to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
