Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and energetic individual to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will design engaging graphics, videos, and content for social media and campaigns.

Responsibilities include creating visual elements for branding and storytelling, shooting and editing high-quality videos, and supporting digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or similar software.

Additionally, they should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and contribute to both marketing and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphics, creatives, and posts for social media and campaigns
  • Shoot and edit videos/reels for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Assist in digital marketing activities – campaign planning, analytics, ads support, and social media management
  • Support operations team in activities related to property listings, documentation, and client coordination
  • Manage timely posting, engagement, and growth across digital platforms

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva (must-have)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, social media algorithms, ads, engagement strategies)
  • Strong creative sense for design, branding, and storytelling
  • Comfortable handling a camera/phone for shoots
  • Ability to multitask and contribute to both marketing and operational roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
