Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-quality designs and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design visual materials, including graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, and internal communications advertisements that align with brand identity.
  • Create business presentations, case studies, and documents with brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
  • Utilize graphic design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Incorporate typography and color theory to enhance the appeal of visual materials.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a solid brand image.
  • Develop innovative visual concepts, brainstorm, and execute ideas that align with organizational goals and target audience.
  • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • 3 years of working experience through a solid portfolio with high-quality designs.
  • Knowledge of design trends and awareness of industry developments to integrate them into projects.
  • Technical proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Graphic design skills, including proficiency in typography, knowledge of font size and style to enhance readability, and color theory and design principles to create impactful visuals.
  • Communication skills, proven ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Time management skills, proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability, proven flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills, proven creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
