Transformational Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Project Director to spearhead our software development initiatives.

  • Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading cross-functional teams in Agile software development:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) – from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Collaborate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support for seamless execution
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
  • Foster close collaboration with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams
  • Promote effective communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful Agile projects, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 13–16 years of experience in Agile project management
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards
  • Working knowledge of Angular and Node.js
