We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Professional Services Consultant.

">

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

">

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects to the satisfaction of our clients in collaboration with our Project Management Office (PMO) team.

">

This includes deployment, configuration, knowledge transfer, testing, and troubleshooting of products and technologies in the client environment.

">

You will also assist on-site throughout a rollout, migration, or go-live phase with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with our PMO team to ensure successful project delivery.">
  • Assist on-site throughout a rollout, migration, or go-live phase.">

Requirements:

">

We are looking for a candidate with at least 9 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.

">

Candidates should have 8 years of experience with network security products and expertise in at least five of the following technologies: NGFW, Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.

Excellent presentation, communication, and technical documentation skills are required, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.

">

Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team in a collaborative environment is essential.

">

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, and other departments, is also required.

">

A strong commitment to self-driven teamwork and good leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
