Job Title: Agile Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our organization in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of value from idea generation to release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the flow of value from idea generation to release by eliminating or reducing rework and waste in the process.
  • Coach teams to create high-value items while promoting transparency on barriers to change, progress, and removing impediments.
  • Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility.
  • Cultivate a habit of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement to reach a high-performing state.
  • Coach teams to understand new ways of working and maintain information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment with experience coaching agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders.
  • Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools in a cross-functional organization.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery.
  • Participation in scaled agile frameworks.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification).
