As a seasoned procurement expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value creation within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing the total cost of ownership for indirect categories, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and streamlining supplier relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for MRO, office supplies, IT, marketing, travel, facilities, and professional services categories.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of suppliers, including identification, qualification, negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Procurement Operations: Manage the purchase order process, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide sourcing expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in indirect procurement with a proven track record of successful career progression.
  • A strong understanding of indirect categories, supply markets, strategic sourcing principles, contract, and supplier management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other departments.
  • Hands-on experience identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving revenue through sound project management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage stress, and commitment to confidentiality.
