Job Description

Maintain and operate all gas delivery equipment and gas detection systems. Understand how the mechanical portion of the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly and perform preventive & reactive maintenance.

Familiarize yourself with Gas cabinets (Automatic & Manual) Operation & Troubleshooting, Gas manifold, VMB

Knowledge of Gas detectors brand of Honeywell, RKI, ATI is required.

Perform cylinder change-outs for Toxic & Flammable gases, verification of Gas Cabinets & Valve manifold box, gas line integrity test.

Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, valving, regulation, PLC operation, etc.

A thorough understanding of gas and/or chemical properties is necessary.

Understanding of control systems like PLC, SCADA is needed to troubleshoot control panels.

The ideal candidate can work independently as well as within a team.

Maintenance software experience and ability to close work orders, tickets on time is required.

Ability to write and revise standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed.
