Job Title: Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute work among team members in the workshop or production area, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Monitor maintenance progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare material requests for the maintenance department, submitting them to the maintenance manager for approval.
  • Coordinate overtime arrangements for mechanics and electricians, maximizing productivity.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working in a Precast Factory or similar industry. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication abilities. Additionally, you should be familiar with electrical systems and have knowledge of safety protocols.
