Maintenance Engineer Role Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial or facilities maintenance environments. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems will be crucial in identifying and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields and at least 5 years of experience in an industrial or facilities maintenance environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing routine equipment maintenance and repairs

  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies
  4. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
  5. Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documents
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
