Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and driven Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand narrative. In this internship role, you will craft engaging content for blogs, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences while aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

This is a six-month internship offering a monthly stipend of 10,000 INR, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position upon successful evaluation. The selected candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 lacs per annum upon successful conversion to a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Tailor content to suit different audiences and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Develop new content ideas aligned with organisational goals and audience interests.
  • Optimize content for search engines using targeted keywords and follow SEO guidelines.
  • Review and revise content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand tone and style.
  • Proofread content for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align content with marketing strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and update content on websites and other platforms.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in grammar, style, and tone.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in tools for graphic design or video editing (optional but valuable).
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in content writing, digital marketing, or SEO are a plus.
