**Job Description**

IBS Software is a leading SaaS solutions provider to the travel industry globally, managing mission-critical operations for customers in the aviation, tour & cruise, hospitality, and energy resources industries. Our platforms for the 'Aviation' industry cover fleet & crew operations, aircraft maintenance, passenger services, loyalty programs, staff travel and air-cargo management.

We are looking for an experienced digital content marketing specialist to help create and execute our social media strategy and social marketing campaigns to key audiences globally.

The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Communications team, reporting to the social media manager (based in London, England) and working closely with globally dispersed teams, including the marketing team, product leaders and other stakeholders in the organization to develop social media strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Help plan, write, develop and publish compelling storytelling content and creative assets for external social media channels (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Glassdoor), to create brand awareness, increase followers and drive audience engagement.
  • Work closely with the design, video and web team to create high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to gather and create compelling content.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help to manage the social media calendar and prepare monthly social media reports.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay up-to-date and identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovative content creation.
  • Support the social media manager in steering the future of our social strategy, to ensure we increase momentum and stay relevant to the growing needs of the business.

About You:

  • An enthusiastic, self-confident team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude; passionate about social media with a growth mindset.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a relevant social media/PR/communications-related role, either in-house or with an agency.
  • An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English communication skills, with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • B2B/travel sector experience is great; the right attitude, a great sense of initiative and a willingness to learn is going to get more interest.
  • A flexible worker and adaptable; you enjoy a varied workday covering meetings with stakeholders on multiple video calls and working across time zones.
  • The ability to work independently and help shape your own targets and objectives.
  • A degree in communications, media relations or similar is desired; must be a competent user of Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experienced using social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
