Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounting Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable operations, including purchase order and invoice processing, goods receipt notes, and vendor management. This includes ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include working on ERP systems (SAP FI / Oracle Financial Accounting) to handle month-end closing, audits, and process improvements. The AP specialist will also monitor AP invoicing tools, KPIs, and reconciliations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Commerce degree in Finance
  • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations
  • Prior experience in US Accounts Shared Services is preferred
Benefits

Compensation includes travel allowance and night allowance. Medical insurance is also provided. Workdays are Monday – Friday.

Work Environment

Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM. No pick-up or drop service is available.
