About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a critical role in analyzing large-scale biological data, primarily next-generation sequencing (NGS) datasets, and contribute to the advancement of our cutting-edge biomedical research projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze complex biological and genomic data using advanced computational techniques.
- Design, develop, and implement efficient data analysis pipelines for NGS workflows.
- Apply machine learning models for classification and prediction tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into research and product development efforts.
Key Areas of Expertise:
- Genomic Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing NGS data, including read mapping, variant calling, and gene expression analysis.
- Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience applying them to biological data.
- Bioinformatics Tools: Proficiency in bioinformatics tools such as BLAST, Bowtie, and SAMtools.
