About the Role: The person in this role will be responsible for delivering AI solutions to customers on top of Elucidata's technology.
This role involves a unique blend of applying AI, a deep understanding of biology, and complex data to generate actionable insights.
In this customer-facing role, you will work with commercial teams to grow accounts and develop new opportunities.
The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
Innovate on tools and pipelines to analyze multi-modal biological data.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the domain to architect innovative solutions addressing client pain points.
Lead and manage customer-facing projects and multidisciplinary teams of biological scientists, ML-engineers and data scientists.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering within timelines and within budget Work with internal R& D teams to align goals with customer expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand our business with existing customers and generate new commercial opportunities.
Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
Qualifications : Ph.
D.
with 2-3 years of industrial/academic experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
Proven expertise in processing and analyzing multi-omics data (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.) with a strong emphasis on end-to-end analysis of single-cell transcriptomics data to derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Experience leading customer-facing projects with successful delivery records.
Good-to-have: Proficiency in coding with both R and Python Experience in performing integration analysis of NGS data across different modalities Experience working with cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
Strong publishing record in peer-reviewed journals Ability to think strategically and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
