Job Summary:

The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities. This role involves evaluating competitive offerings, generating leads, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate Market Opportunities

The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager will be responsible for identifying high-potential business regions for franchise development, building strong networks with competitor franchisees, and assessing offerings by brokers and market players in the region.

Drive Lead Generation and Onboarding

This role involves conducting lead generation campaigns and driving franchisee onboarding closures. The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager must ensure timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.

Maintain Franchise Retention

The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs. They must identify expansion opportunities within the existing network and encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices.

Key Requirements:

Proven Experience

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for building and managing relationships.

Compliance Knowledge

The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager must have knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Expertise

Experience in the Stock broking industry is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and decision-making capabilities, are essential for success in this role.
