We are seeking a diligent Incident Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that production issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Support and Engineering teams to drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and the implementation of learnings.

The selected individual will work closely with the teams to create and track progress of problem tickets in Jira, as well as create incident analysis reports with the support of the Engineering team.

In addition, the candidate will perform log file analysis with Datadog, debugging of basic REST API calls for investigations, and execute SQL database queries to provide more information for investigations.

The Incident Manager will also be responsible for creating and updating knowledge base articles in Confluence, participating in security audits (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2), and preparing supporting evidence.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

A minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT, including SRE, sysadmin, developer, QA, technical support, or similar, is required. A university degree in a relevant field is also necessary.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of systems architecture of cloud-hosted applications, data analysis skills, project management and documentation skills, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure components.

Familiarity with REST APIs, application logging/monitoring tools, and SQL, Linux & Network environments is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to learn new technical skills and adapt to changing requirements.
