Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager

We seek an accomplished Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders from various departments to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions, advocating for optimal solutions to client stakeholders.
  • Present complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs, and processes.
  • Communicate project status and structure across the project management team and relevant departments.
  • Maintain project timelines and deadlines.
  • Identify potential problems and propose alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to established process/structure.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Ensure teams have necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to optimal performance levels.
Key Skills Required
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solutions are delivered.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards, etc.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
