Job Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily engineering operations across hospitality assets. The key objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of technical systems and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement preventive and routine maintenance schedules for electro-mechanical and civil infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Monitor utility consumption and take corrective actions to maintain energy efficiency, ensuring cost discipline throughout the organization.
  • Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, upkeep of machine rooms, and adherence to established engineering standards and procedures.

Leadership and People Management:

  • Supervise technical teams, assign responsibilities, and track daily performance to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Motivate and engage staff through recognition programs and team briefings to foster a positive work environment.

Financial Acumen and Decision Making:

  • Track engineering expenses, identify areas for improvement, and ensure budget adherence by recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Recommend procurement strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a B.E./B-Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.
