
Front Desk Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Guest Service Agent. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-in, check-out, and other related procedures efficiently and professionally.
Your role will also involve working closely with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as hotel operations, customer service, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
