  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage guest relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all front desk transactions, including payments, deposits, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Provide support and guidance to front desk staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Assist with training and development programs to equip front desk staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new procedures and systems.
