Expert US Payroll Solutions Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled US Payroll Implementation Consultant to support clients with system implementation for US payroll, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, and stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting clients with system implementation for US payroll
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Investigating and resolving payroll-related issues
- Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the payroll lifecycle. Bonus points for certifications such as Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) & CPP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment
- Knowledge of US payroll and the implementation of a payroll solution
In this role, you will build relationships with clients, ensure they are comfortable using our products and services, and guide them towards the best solution for their unique business needs. You will also work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to deliver a comprehensive solution.
