Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our US payroll implementation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with system implementation for US payroll.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and system functionalities.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of payroll systems and related processes.
  • Configure and customize payroll systems to accommodate unique organizational needs.
