Payroll Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful implementation of payroll solutions for clients in the US market.

  • Provide technical support to clients with system implementation for US payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and system functionalities.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, and ensure that payroll systems and processes remain up-to-date and compliant.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and system functionalities for reference and audit purposes.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of payroll systems and related processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
  • Knowledge about US payroll in relation to the implementation of a payroll solution.
  • Knowledge, understanding and relevant practical experience of the payroll lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
