Key Account Development Professional

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and converting business opportunities into tangible results. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients through lead-generation strategies, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new/existing business opportunities through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Qualify leads and transform them into active accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and schedule relevant meetings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish new client relationships and facilitate a streamlined onboarding process.
  • Accurately document interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Nurture existing client relationships through ongoing communication and relationship-building.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
