Summary:

The Associate Business Analyst position will be based in Chennai reporting to a IT Manager

What a typical day looks like:

  • In this role, you will be In-charge of for providing support to business users on ERP applications - Baan V and Infor LN.
  • You will process tickets from business users on ERP processes and analyze them.
  • Based on the analysis, you should be able to respond to the queries or provide inputs to the Dev teams to make enhancements in the solutions to cater to the requirement
  • Test new solutions delivered by development teams and deliver them to the end users as required.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Functional knowledge, education background financial processes
  • Typically requires 2 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of functional concepts
  • Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
  • Knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation is preferred
  • Team focus, good communication and documentation skills
