Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Chennai. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, refine business processes, and deliver actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing detailed documentation, and supporting the development of tailored workflows and reporting systems. The role requires a focus on effective communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or data analytics tools is advantageous
