Job Title: Business Analyst – Payments Domain
Location: [Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune]

Role description:

Role will be part of the Product management organization as a BA supporting the PO for capturing & translating business requirements to User Stories and collaborate with the different stakeholders like Engineering, QA etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Product owners and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Translate complex business processes and rules into clear, structured User stories

Support the engineering team during the design and development phase with clarifications and walkthroughs.

Assist QA teams in test planning by reviewing test cases and validating that functional requirements are met.

Conduct gap analysis on existing functionality vs. new business needs or regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain within a Bank/product company

Strong understanding of domestic payment rails (Europe, North America) & global rails (Swift)

Hands-on experience in ISO 20022 HVPS & CBPR+ across markets

Good communication & articulation skills

Experience of working in a Agile environment will be an added advantage
